HOA Information

Board of Directors

Our Homeowners Association is managed by a volunteer board of neighborhood residents elected to serve our community. The board meets regularly to discuss neighborhood maintenance, finances, and community concerns. A yearly board meeting is held for all neighbors to review the HOA budget, projects, and future plans.

Governing Documents

To maintain the elegance and value of Champions Overlook, our community is governed by a set of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and By-laws. All homeowners are required to adhere to these guidelines.

Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

Planning to paint your home, add a fence, or make landscaping changes? Any exterior modifications to your home or property must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee prior to beginning work.

Please submit an ARC Request Form with your project details, materials, and contractor information.
